Just some notes of irrelevance
Yesterday, I spent about 2 hours drawing one comic. Well, that's not true - I spent about 1 hour 55 minutes drawing one character for one panel of the comic, and 5 minutes to stick everything together.
The awkward thing was that, when I'd nearly finished this character, my drawing program crashed and I had to start over. That sucked.
Anyway, that one character, who was supposed to just be in one frame, like, ever, turned out so well that I'm redefining the series II finale in light of it. You'll understand more when we get there. The comic I drew yesterday isn't particularly impressive or even funny, but I just really LOVED my design for the character.
A little hint - it's not a new character, but rather a restyling of one we've seen many, many times before...
Anyway, in other news, I picked up Outbound Flight by Timothy Zahn today, as it's finally arrived in paperback, and was £2 off, so I could hardly resist. I've only read the first few pages, but it's as fantastic as you'd expect from Zahn after all these years. He really makes Star Wars novels. Zahn = Star Wars.
His newest book, which is, I believe, his first that doesn't feature everybody's favourite blue Grand Admiral, our dear Thrawn, is also out now, but in hardback. It's set just after the destruction of the first Death Star, and deals with Luke, Han and Leia's adventures straight after, as well as some action from another of Zahn's iconic characters, Luke's future wife Mara Jade, a mere eighteen years old, but already working as the Emperor's Hand. It ought to be awesome.
A final reminder that I just bought http://totallykotor.com, so enjoy that. Also, it's our first birthday on the 21st, so anyone who wants to send us presents (and I know you all want to) should email me at arandomsheep@gmail.com.

PS If you're planning on donating using the handy Paypal button, make sure your donation is more than, for example, 20 pence. Paypal take a fee from all transfers, and for the 20p donation I was offered the other day, they would have taken about 5%, plus an extra 20p, meaning that I'd be losing money by accepting it.
