New stuff!
A lot has happened over the past few days. I got a new computer, which is nice although I'm not sure I like Vista all that much. Interestingly enough, although it was slow, my old Windows 2000 PC (affectionately known as Old Clunky) was a lot more reliable and almost never crashed, whereas this new beast shut down without giving me the option of saving my work simply to do some apparently very important updates of dubious nature.
Anyway, something else new I did was upgrade to Manga Studio 4. I used to have Manga Studio 3, and at only $20 to upgrade, it seemed worth the hassle. I think if I'd had MS4 instead of MS3, I'd probably have drawn a lot more cool comics by this point. There were a lot of times while using MS3 that I thought to myself, 'if only I could do this'. It seems that everything I had thought was missing from MS3 is in MS4 - it generates speech bubbles, lets me colour art, and drawing comic frames is much easier and less taxing on the CPU.
Not that anybody cares, because it's not even a program I use for TK. But I enjoyed the upgrade.
And to prove I had fun with it, here's a little drawing I did of one of my own sci-fi characters, for a comic I might make one day if I ever deem myself good enough to do my own idea justice.

The "What off Earth?" thing is because I wanted her to be shocked, but "What on Earth?" doesn't quite work when you're in space. I hope that makes sense.
